Return Policy

At Femme9, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Due to the nature of our products being for skin, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Damages and Replacements
If your product arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of the delivery notification. To process your claim, you must provide clear photos of the following:
- All sides of the outer packaging
- The inside of the box
- The damaged product

Failure to provide the required photos within the 48-hour window will result in no replacement being sent.
